By accessing or using the Qylit browser extension and associated services (collectively, "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Qylit is a browser extension that allows users to bookmark, organize, and manage conversations from various AI chat platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Perplexity, and Grok.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must authenticate using a Google account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers a free plan and a paid "Pro" subscription. The Pro plan is available for a recurring fee of $5 per month, processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of the transaction.

5. User Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your bookmarks, folders, and conversation data are stored securely and are not shared with third parties. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm the Service or its users. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, distributing malicious software, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. Qylit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your Qylit account.
User-Generated Content: We store the bookmarks and folders you create, which may include text snippets, URLs, and organizational data related to your AI conversations.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous statistics, such as the number of bookmarks created and your activity frequency, to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide, maintain, and enhance the Service. This includes syncing your data across devices, personalizing your experience, and responding to your support requests.

3. Data Storage and Security

All your data is stored securely on Google Firebase Firestore. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or user-generated content with any third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only processed by our trusted service providers (Google Firebase for backend, Razorpay for payments) as necessary to operate the Service.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your bookmarks and folders within the extension. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication purposes to keep you logged in to the Service. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
